各部門（宿泊・料飲・宴会・施設管理等）のマネジメントおよび統括
スタッフの教育・指導・評価
収支・予算管理、売上分析、コスト管理
顧客満足度向上のための施策立案・実行
トラブル対応およびクレーム対応の最終判断
総支配人不在時の代理業務

【経験】

ホテルにおける管理職経験

【語学】

英語で外国人のお客様と流暢にコミュニケーションを図れる方
中国語または韓国語ができれば好ましい

【Job Responsibilities】

Manage and oversee various hotel departments including Front Office, F&B, Banquets, and Facility Management
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff across departments
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, revenue analysis, and cost control
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
Make final decisions on major guest complaints or operational issues
Act as General Manager’s deputy in their absence

【Experience】

Management-level experience in the hotel industry

【Language Skills】

Able to communicate fluently in English with international guests
Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a plus
