协助行政管家开展客房部运营及筹备，负责现场管理、卫生质检、员工督导；
参与客房开荒、物资盘点、流程制定、员工培训，督导客房及PA员工规范作业；
每日巡查客房卫生、设施及服务质量，督促问题整改；
协助员工排班、考勤、考核，处置日常客诉；
负责布草收发盘点、清洁物资申领，协调跨部门维保整改
3年及以上高星级酒店客房管理经验，1年及以上同岗位经验；
具备现场管控能力，酒店开荒筹备经验优先；
做事严谨细致、责任心强；
良好的团队管理能力。
