Hiring Salary: 7000 - 10000
1. 协助行政管家统筹客房、公共区域及洗衣房的运营与标准，保障品牌清洁标准落地；
2. 制定并执行房务清洁流程与质量标准，定期巡查客房及公区，确保设施完好、整洁达标；
3. 管理房务团队排班与人力配置，控制单房耗材与人力成本，降低浪费；
4. 培训、指导房务员工，确保遵守当地法规、安全规范与品牌运营手册；
5. 处理宾客特殊需求、VIP 及常客要求，受理并跟进客诉至完全满意；
6. 维护并订购物料设备，落实绿色节能举措，必要时协助深度清洁与高峰支援；
7. 配合年度部门预算编制与监控，提升客房运营效益。
1. 高中 / 中专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 3 年以上高星级酒店房务 / 客房工作经验，其中 1 年以上行政管家或同岗位管理经验；
3. 熟悉客房运营、布草管理与公共区域维护标准，掌握房务服务质量控制方法；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语会话能力（可应对外宾基础需求）；
5. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基础数据处理与排班管理能力；
6. 抗压能力强，能妥善处理突发事件与宾客投诉，能适应周末及节假日轮班。
