协助餐饮总监统筹餐饮部运营，牵头餐饮板块筹备、团队搭建、流程制定、物资采购；
制定运营策略、服务标准、菜品规划及成本管控方案，督导落地执行；
负责餐饮团队管理、培训、考核，提升服务与出品品质；
管控营收、成本损耗及毛利率，分析数据优化策略；统筹大型宴会、VIP用餐、主题活动执行，协调跨板块联动；处置重大客诉，维护高端客户关系
热爱餐饮、了解新的美食趋势
良好的沟通能力与人际关系
必须有在豪华餐厅或高星级酒店环境中5-10年工作经验
有世界前50酒吧或黑珍珠米其林西餐运营经验者优先
卓越的领导力
