· Help prepare the hotel’s annualbudget and the setting of departmental goals 

协助准备酒店年度预算,并设定部门目标 

· Monitor budget and controlexpenses with a focus on food, beverage and labour costs 

监控预算并控制费用,重点监督食品、酒水与人力成本 

·  Working with the cateringoffice, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue 

与宴会部合作,发现提升营收的各种销售机会 

· Drive promotions that delivergreat dining experiences for guests at a good value 

推出促销活动,为宾客带来各种超值的出色就餐体验 

·  Make sure credit and financialtransactions are handled in a secure manner

·  Make sure all food and beverageequipment is in operational condition and regularly cleaned

·  Make sure all food and beveragefacilities including banquet/convention spaces are clean and properly stockedto anticipated business volume. Notify engineering immediately of anymaintenance and repair needs

·   Establish and achieve qualityand guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints -making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction 

制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标。在宾客提出要求和投诉时提供帮助,确保维持高水平的宾客满意度 

ResponsibleBusiness企业责任

·  Manage hotel food and beveragemarketing programmes and participate in and maintain system-wide food andbeverage marketing programmes and promotions

管理酒店的餐饮市场营销计划;参与并维护整个系统内的各种餐饮市场营销计划和促销活动

·  Keep an eye on competitoractivity / industry innovation. Review and approve menu design and conceptswith Executive Chef

关注竞争对手的活动和行业创新与行政主厨一起审查并核准菜单设计与构思

· Make sure food and drinks aresecure and stored safely - always keep stock replenished to minimise waste

确保食物和饮品的安全以及安全储存,始终保持库存充足,并尽量减少浪费

· Handle food and beverageinventory procedures. Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food,beverage, material, and equipment

确保酒店设置食品安全系统,积极参与并通过年度审计

· Other ad-hoc duties -unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

处理食物和饮品的库存盘点决定所有食品、酒水、物资和设备的最大及最小库存量

 

 QUALIFICATIONS ANDREQUIREMENTS任职要求

· Some college and/or advancedtraining in food and beverage management 

接受过餐饮管理方面的大学教育和/或高级培训 

· 2 years of related experience,including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience 

2年相关工作经验,包括管理经验,或教育背景加工作经验达到同等水平

· Bachelor’s degree / highereducation qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or relatedfield preferred 

酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历者优先考虑 

· Alcohol awareness certificationand/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required bylocal law 

 需持有本地法规要求的酒类证书、餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明
