Hiring Salary: 10000 - 15000
1. 协助财务总监统筹会计核算、税务、资金与财务报告，保障合规与准确；
2. 提供业务支持分析，将财务数据转化为运营洞察，赋能各部门管理决策；
3. 完善内控制度与合规体系，防范财务与经营风险；
4. 管理部门预算编制、滚动预测与报表，对接内外部审计；
5. 监控成本与现金流，支持采购、库存与收益管理的财务管控；
6. 主导或协同薪酬、出纳、总账等模块运作，提升财务共享与效率；
7. 参与酒店重大经营分析与投资/翻新等项目的财务评估。
1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务、审计或相关专业，持中级会计师证书者优先；
2. 5 年以上酒店财务经验，其中 2 年以上管理岗位经验；
3. 熟悉酒店会计核算、税务、预算编制、成本控制与内部审计，精通酒店财务系统（如 Opera / Sun / SAP）；
4. 具备业务支持视角，能协同运营部门做经营数据分析与决策支持；
5. 原则性强、风险意识高，熟悉财税法规与内控流程；
6. 英语良好，具备团队管理与跨部门沟通能力，国际联号经验优先。
