全面负责全日制餐厅运营，牵头开业筹备、开荒清洁、团队搭建、流程制定；
制定餐厅服务、菜品呈现及餐中管控标准，督导全流程服务；
负责团队招聘、培训、考核，管控服务质量与环境卫生；
管控运营成本、食材损耗，协助优化菜品，收集宾客反馈；
处置客诉，配合营销活动、VIP接待、主题餐会开展
3年及以上高星级酒店全日制餐厅管理经验，熟知自助/西餐运营标准；
敏锐的美食市场触觉，具体有突出的餐饮市场营销策略；
具备优秀现场及团队管控能力，英语口语流利，服务意识强，酒店筹备经验优先
