制定菜品标准、烹饪流程，保障餐品品质与供应效率；
管控食材成本、损耗及库存，落实食品安全要求；
负责团队培训、日常管理，协调服务保障用餐秩序；
配合调整菜品、应对客流高峰，处置菜品问题
4年及以上高星级酒店西餐/全日厨房管理经验，精通自助餐食制作；
具备成本管控、现场管理能力，熟知食品安全规范，自助厨房筹备经验优先；
突出的团队管理能力、沟通能力。
