What’s is the job? 

As an Airport Representative, you will act as the primary liaison between the hotel and its guests at the airport. Your role involves providing a range of services to ensure a seamless transition for guests arriving or departing. You will manage airport transfers, assist with luggage, and offer information and support to enhance the overall guest experience. 

Your day to day  

Welcome guests upon their arrival at the airport.  

Assist with luggage, provide a warm introduction, and ensure a smooth transition from the airport to the hotel. 

Coordinate and oversee transportation arrangements, including shuttles, taxis, or private vehicles.  

Ensure timely and efficient transfers to and from the hotel. 

Offer detailed information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.  

Provide guidance on airport procedures and assist with any special requests or needs. 

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during airport transfers or while assisting guests.  

Communicate effectively with the hotel and transportation providers to ensure guest satisfaction. 

Maintain regular contact with the hotel’s front desk and transportation team to ensure alignment and address any changes or updates to guest itineraries. 

 

What’s the qualification?

Previous experience in an airport or transportation-related position is a plus. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle various guest requests effectively.  

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude.  

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with ease. 

Familiarity with airport procedures and local transportation options.  

Basic knowledge of the hotel’s services and local attractions is advantageous.
