As a Administrative Assistant, we rely on you to
作为一名行政助理，你的主要工作职责为：

1.Draft comprehensive business reports, plans, summaries, resolution briefs andofficial documents for this department.
2.Attend administrative meetings, take meeting notes, and keep track of theimplementation of various decisions and resolutions.
3.Summarize various reports and prepare the hotel history and foreign affairsactivity logs.
4.Handle daily receptions, letters and visits, and other related matters.
5.Relay the daily phone calls for the general manager/Owner's General Manager.
6.Review and check external documents and internal communications.
1、起草酒店综合性的业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及本部门的公文函件。
2、参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。
3、汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。
4、做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜。
5、负责总经理/业主总经理的日常电话接转。
6、审检对外发文、对内行文。

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Law and Secretary or related field.
2. Knowthe basics of hotel operations, familiar with admin and secretarial stuff.
3.Can handle official writing and knows the ropes of guest etiquette.
4.Aware of tourism laws, economic policies, and foreign affairs guidelines.
5.Capable of handling basic documents and correspondence, with decentcoordination and hosting skills.
6.Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin.

1、本科以上学历，文秘、法律及酒店管理相关专业。
2、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3、掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节。
4、了解旅游法规及有关经济法规和政策，熟悉外事纪律
5、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
6、良好的中英文口语及书写能力。
