Your Day To Day
Produces Daily banking involving the collection of banking envelopes from safe, and the opening, counting and balancing as a whole.
Deposits all cash & cheques collections to the bank daily and file all bank-in slips.
Process due backs daily
Supplies sufficient loose change for cashiers.
Liaise with Department Heads about cashiering problems
Liaise with income auditor
To conduct timely surprise cash count and report to Director of Finance if there is any variance.
Maintain and update House Float contract listing and reconcile to Balance sheet.
Monitor hotel exchange rats and adjust as necessary in accordance with Finance Policy
Update daily Forex exchange, reconcile all currency vouchers and report on any discrepancies
Summarizes all petty cash disbursement, keep custody of petty cash and maintain the float for reimbursement.
Process and reconcile petty cash as required and prepare the journal posting
Prepare casual pay out, Journal posting, reconcile pay-out to the cash and file documents
Prepare log book and issue of gift certificates/ vouchers.
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, handling administrative requests & queries, maintain tracking record for distributes Document for signing and ordering office supplies
Handle Insurance claim & renewal and Hotel License application and/or renewal
Performs ad hoc tasks and functions as and when assign or instruct from time to time by Director of Finance & Business Support.
