Crowne Plaza Dead Sea Resort & Spa is a 50 minute drive from Queen Alia International Airport and 40km away from the Capital Amman. The resort offers 420 guest rooms & suites, 1200m2 of meeting and conferencing facilities, 6 restaurants in addition to kid’s facilities, a heated pool and many more.

About the Role:
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our resort, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes. You will collaborate with various departments to support financial operations, compliance, and reporting while contributing to the smooth functioning of our finance team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Processing and verifying financial transactions in compliance with IHG policies and local regulations.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Supporting payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with IHG systems (or similar hotel accounting software) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
