Develop deep understanding andknowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/accountexpertise when necessary to lead conversion rate.

Ensure the timely follow up andpursuit of business with customers’ leads in order to drive the highest levelsof conversion.

Conduct and/or assist Salesteam in customer negotiation process.
组织和/或协助销售团队的客户谈判程序。
Conduct proposal negotiationprocess and assist Business Development team where necessary.

Handle contract signing process
处理合同签订程序。
Update lead status in relevantsystems and communicate lead status to relevant Business Development staff(e.g. account owner).

Team up with counterpart Corporate or EventManagement staff to deliver sector/customer specific services when appropriate.

Where applicable, supervise,manage and train Corporate/MICE Fulfillment Executives and MICE Fulfillment Coordinators in carrying out their responsibilities.

Where applicable, act as escalationpoint for clients and members of the MICE Fulfillment Team when issues are not solved at a proper level.
