1. 负责所辖区域或行业客户的开发与维护，制定并执行销售策略，达成年度销售目标；
2. 深入理解客户需求，提供定制化解决方案，主导商务谈判、合同签订及回款跟进全流程；
3. 协同市场、产品、交付等部门，推动重点项目落地，提升客户满意度与复购率；
4. 定期分析市场动态、竞品信息及销售数据，输出业务洞察，优化销售路径与资源配置；
5. 指导并赋能团队成员（如销售代表），参与人才带教与梯队建设，提升整体作战能力。
6.负责公司或者宴会皆可。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、经济学、理工类等相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上B2B销售经验，其中至少3年担任销售主管或独立负责区域/行业销售管理工作；
3. 有成功操盘百万级及以上项目销售经验，熟悉从线索获取、商机推进到闭环交付的全周期流程；
4. 熟练掌握CRM系统（如Salesforce、纷享销客等）及常用办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力；
5. 具备优秀的客户沟通、需求挖掘与方案呈现能力，抗压能力强，结果导向，有较强团队协作意识。
