【岗位职责】

1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作,完成公司下达的销售指标;

2、开发并维护新老客户资源,建立长期稳定的合作关系,提升客户满意度;

3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况,制定有效的销售策略,拓展市场份额;

4、参与商务谈判及合同签订,跟进客户需求,确保服务质量;

5、定期提交销售报告,反馈市场信息及客户需求,协助优化销售政策;

6、协调酒店各部门资源,确保客户活动及会议顺利执行;

7、完成上级交办的其他销售相关工作。

1、大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先;

2、3年以上酒店或相关行业销售经验,有高端酒店销售背景者优先;

3、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户管理能力,能独立完成销售任务;

4、优秀的沟通协调能力及谈判技巧,能够高效处理客户需求;

5、熟悉酒店运营流程及销售渠道,具备一定的市场分析能力;

6、工作积极主动,责任心强,能承受一定的工作压力;

7、熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店管理系统。
