【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外部的安全巡逻，及时发现并处理安全隐患
2、监控酒店各区域的安保系统，确保设备正常运行
3、处理突发事件，包括但不限于火灾、盗窃、纠纷等，并按照应急预案执行
4、协助管理酒店出入口，核查来访人员身份，维护酒店秩序
5、定期检查消防设施和安全设备，确保其完好有效
6、记录并报告每日安保工作情况，提交相关报表
7、配合警方及其他相关部门的工作，提供必要的协助
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的职业道德和责任心，能够严格遵守酒店规章制度
2、身体健康，能够适应轮班工作制（包括夜班）
3、具备基本的消防安全知识和应急处理能力
4、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
5、有相关安保工作经验者优先
6、无犯罪记录，品行端正
