Hiring Salary: 10000 - 13000
1. 负责大型会议、展览、论坛、培训等会务项目的整体销售策划与执行，独立开拓并维护政府机构、行业协会、央企及大型企业客户资源；
2. 深度挖掘客户需求，主导定制化会务解决方案的设计与提案，包括场地统筹、议程规划、嘉宾邀约、现场执行支持等全链条服务协同；
3. 主导商务谈判与合同签订，完成年度销售目标及回款指标，持续优化客户生命周期价值与复购率；
4. 协同运营、策划、设计及执行团队，推动重点项目落地，确保客户满意度与品牌口碑双提升；
5. 定期分析市场趋势、竞品动态及行业客户采购规律，参与制定区域会务产品策略与价格体系。
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、公共关系、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备8年以上B2B销售经验，其中至少5年聚焦于会议展览、活动策划、企业培训或政企服务类项目销售，有成功操盘千万级会务项目经验者优先；
3. 熟悉政府及大型企业采购流程，具备成熟的高层客户（VP及以上级别）沟通与关系建设能力；
4. 具备出色的方案撰写、商务演示与跨部门协同能力，能独立完成需求分析、方案设计、报价测算及合同谈判全流程；
5. 具备较强的数据敏感度与结果导向意识，熟练使用CRM系统及Office办公软件，有PMP或CMP认证者优先。
