负责遵化金融街古泉皇冠假日酒店在京客户资源的开发与维护,拓展政府、企事业单位、金融机构等重点客户群体的会议、宴会、住宿及综合服务需求;
根据酒店销售目标,制定并执行驻京市场年度/季度销售计划,完成所辖区域的销售指标与回款任务;
协同酒店前厅、餐饮、市场等部门,统筹客户需求响应、方案定制、合同洽谈及落地执行,保障客户体验与服务品质;
定期收集、分析北京地区行业动态、竞对信息及客户需求变化,及时向酒店管理层提供市场反馈与优化建议

大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;
具备2年以上酒店、高端服务业或B2B销售经验,有大型酒店集团、金融类客户或政务类客户销售背景者优先;
熟悉酒店销售全流程,具备独立开展客户拜访、方案策划、商务谈判及合同管理的能力;
具备良好的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识和抗压能力,能适应阶段性出差安排;
普通话标准,具备基本英语读写能力,熟练使用Office办公软件;
遵纪守法,无不良从业记录,认同酒店服务文化与职业操守。
