5.为节日蛋糕进行设计、制作、表面处理
6.制作各种大小型装饰
7.协助饼房日常运营管理工作，包括人员调度、工作安排及现场监督，确保饼房高效有序运行
8.监督并指导饼房员工制作各类烘焙产品，确保产品质量符合标准，并不断创新推出新品以满足顾客需求
9.维护饼房的卫生与安全标准，定期检查设备，确保工作环境的整洁与安全
10.
1.拥有至少2年饼房或相关烘焙行业的工作经验，熟悉烘焙流程与产品制作
2.具备良好的团队管理能力，能够有效调度和指导饼房员工
3.拥有较强的成本控制意识与原材料管理能力
4.注重卫生与安全，具备高度的责任心与职业素养
5.具备良好的沟通能力和顾客服务意识，能够妥善处理顾客投诉与建议。
