Duties andResponsibilities工作职责

· Comply with departmental rulesand regulations, policies and operating procedures.

· Prepares a selection of rollsand breads

· 制作各式面包。

· Prepares a selection ofspecialty items

· 制作各种特色食品。

· Prepares a selection of breadart

· 制作各种面点。

· Supervise staff attendance,discipline, registration of staff attendance every month on the chef.

· 监督员工考勤、纪律，登记员工考勤每月上交总厨。

· Guide and supervise the work ofsubordinate employees.

· 监督和指导下属员工的工作。

· Requisition supply items asneeded from storerooms; assist in receiving items and taking inventory.

· 向库房申请所需的用品；协助接收物品和盘存的工作。

· Set up work station as requiredto include mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies.

· 必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品。

· Maintain sanitation, cleanliness,safety and health standards. Inspect the sanitation, operation and cleanlinessof all tools, equipment and supplies, including ovens. Alert management of potentially seriousissues.

· Clean and/or break down workstation and complete closing duties including transporting dirty pots to thepotwash station, sterilizing and cleaning cutting boards and work tables, andpreparing station for the next day’s activities.

Qualifications–

· Diploma or VocationalCertificate in Pastry & Baking or food preparations or related field.

Experience–

· 1 years relatedexperience as or training in bakery or food preparation or an equivalentcombination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
