1. 负责饼房日常生产管理，统筹安排面点、烘焙类产品的制作计划与出品质量控制；
2. 指导并监督班组员工规范操作，确保食品安全、卫生标准及生产流程符合国家相关规定；
3. 协助制定和优化饼房作业流程、原料损耗管控及成本控制措施；
4. 参与新品研发测试与口味调整，配合门店或厨房需求完成定制化产品供应；
5. 做好设备日常维护、工具清洁消毒及工作区域管理。
1. 具备1年及以上饼房、烘焙房或西点厨房一线实操经验，熟悉面包、蛋糕、中式点心等常规品类制作工艺；
2. 具备基础食品安全知识，了解《食品安全法》及相关操作规范，无违反食品行业从业禁止性规定的情形；
3. 具备良好的团队协作意识与基础带教能力，能有效传达操作标准并指导新人；
4. 身体健康，持有有效健康证明，能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间安排；
5. 学历不限，接受过正规烹饪、烘焙类职业培训者优先。
