1.负责各类西点、蛋糕、面包、甜点的制作，确保产品符合质量标准，根据菜单和客户需求，按时完成每日生产任务
2.严格按照配方和操作流程制作产品，确保口感和外观一致， 检查原材料的质量，确保符合食品安全标准
3. 保持工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全和卫生规范，正确使用和维护厨房设备，确保操作安全
4.协助饼房主管完成日常工作任务，配合团队高效运作
5.参与新产品的研发，提供创意和建议
1.能根据标准独立完成各类面包，保证出品质量和口味稳定
2.具备1-2年及以上在星级酒店从事面包制作的经验
3.抗压能力强，能适应早班、节假日排班及高强度的工作节奏（早班班次：4:00）
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与厨房其他部门及餐厅服务人员默契配合，服从上级安排
