Hiring Salary: 3800 - 4000
1. 负责饼类、面包类食品的配方执行、面团调制、成型、烘烤及品质把控；
2. 严格遵守食品安全操作规范，保持操作区域及设备清洁卫生，落实日常消毒与台账记录；
3. 按照标准工艺流程完成每日生产计划，确保出品口感、色泽、规格符合产品标准；
4. 参与新品试制与口味优化，配合研发团队完成样品制作与反馈；
5. 协助管理原料库存，及时申领、核对食材，杜绝浪费，保障物料使用安全与可追溯性。
1. 中专及以上学历，烹饪、食品科学与工程、餐饮管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上饼类或中式面点制作经验，熟悉传统及创新类饼品工艺流程；
3. 熟练掌握和面、醒发、包馅、成型、烘烤等核心操作技能，能独立完成多品类饼类制作；
4. 持有有效健康证，了解《食品安全法》基本要求，具备良好的卫生意识与操作习惯；
5. 动手能力强，注重细节，具备稳定的工作状态与团队协作意识。
