1、准备所有的甜品、蛋糕配料及烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点及其他简单的甜品及烤制食品。
2、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作。
3、确保有足量的甜品和面包供应。
4、正确操作所有的设备、器具和机器。
5、与客人和内部客户礼貌、友好的交流。
6、精心制作菜单中的各式面包、甜点，满足宾客的膳食需求和营养选择。
1、中专以上学历，在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验1年以上。
2、熟练面包制作工艺及技能。
3、完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方沟通交往的能力。
