Salary: 3200 - 3600
1. 负责饼房的日常运营，包括但不限于制作各类面包、蛋糕、饼干等烘焙食品；
2. 根据顾客需求或菜单要求，设计并制作新颖、美味的烘焙产品；
3. 严格把控食材质量，确保所有原料新鲜、卫生，符合食品安全标准；
4. 维护饼房的清洁与卫生，包括工作台面、烘焙设备及工具的清洁保养；
5. 参与新产品的研发与试制，不断优化产品口味与外观；
6. 协助完成库存管理，包括原料的采购申请、验收及库存盘点；
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）学历，烹饪或食品相关专业优先；
2. 至少1年饼房或烘焙行业工作经验，熟悉烘焙流程与技巧；
3. 具备良好的食品安全意识，了解并遵守相关食品安全法规；
4. 具有较强的创新能力，能够根据市场需求开发新烘焙产品；
5. 工作认真负责，注重细节，有良好的团队协作精神；
6. 身体健康，无不良嗜好，能够适应饼房的工作环境与工作时间。
