工作职责
1. 协助饼房厨师长管理饼房日常运营，确保生产流程顺畅，产品质量稳定。
2. 负责饼房产品的研发与创新，定期推出新品种，满足市场需求和顾客口味。
3. 监督饼房员工的操作规范，确保食品安全与卫生标准得到严格执行。
4. 控制饼房成本，包括原材料采购、库存管理、损耗控制等，提高经济效益。
5. 参与饼房员工的培训与考核，提升团队整体技能水平和服务质量。
6. 处理顾客对饼房产品的反馈，及时调整产品策略，提升顾客满意度。
任职资格
1. 具备5年以上饼房或相关烘焙行业的工作经验，奢华品牌酒店管理经验者优先。
2. 熟悉各类烘焙产品的制作工艺和流程，具备扎实的烘焙技能。
3. 具备良好的创新意识和研发能力，能够不断推出新品种以满足市场需求。
4. 具备较强的团队管理和协调能力，能够有效管理饼房员工并提升团队效率。
5. 持有相关的食品安全与卫生管理证书，了解并遵守相关法律法规。
6. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够处理顾客反馈并提升顾客满意度。
