6. 参与市场调研，了解竞争对手动态，为餐饮销售策略的制定提供依据。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上餐饮销售或相关领域的工作经验，有销售团队管理经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的市场分析和判断能力，能够根据市场变化调整销售策略。
4. 优秀的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识，能够妥善处理客户投诉和需求。
5. 具备较强的团队领导能力和培训能力，能够带领团队完成销售目标。
6. 熟练使用办公软件和销售管理系统，具备基本的数据分析能力。
