1. 协助餐饮总监开展餐饮部日常运营管理，确保前厅、后厨、宴会、客房送餐及酒吧等各业务单元高效协同；
2. 在餐饮总监或餐饮经理缺勤期间，依授权代行其管理职责，保障运营连续性与决策合规性；
3. 牵头开展经营数据分析与成本管控，重点监控食品饮料销售成本、人工成本及预算执行情况；
4. 持续监督餐饮产品出品质量、摆盘标准、服务流程规范、设施设备运行状态、环境卫生及娱乐活动实施效果；
5. 组织开展宾客满意度调研与分析，识别服务短板并推动改进措施落地；
6. 参与市场动态研判与竞争分析，协同制定符合定位的餐饮营销策略；
7. 负责所辖团队（含餐厅经理、酒吧经理、客房送餐经理、宴会服务经理等）的日常管理、绩效辅导与人才发展。
1. 大专及以上学历，3年相关工作经历，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
