1、全面负责餐饮部的日常运营管理工作，包括餐厅、大堂吧等区域的运营与服务标准执行；
2、制定并落实餐饮部年度预算、经营计划，达成营收与利润指标；
3、监督食品卫生安全及服务质量，确保符合五星级酒店标准；
4、优化餐饮成本控制体系，管理食材采购、库存及损耗控制；
5、策划并执行季节性菜单更新、主题营销活动及VIP客户接待方案；
6、负责餐饮团队建设，包括员工培训、排班管理及绩效考核；
7、处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象。
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2、同岗位管理经验；
3、精通餐饮运营全流程，熟悉食品安全管理体系；
4、具备出色的成本控制能力与数据分析能力；
5、优秀的团队管理能力；
