1、确保部门员工遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
2、确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。
3、统筹餐饮服务的日常运营及接待工作，汇报每日工作内容给餐饮部总监。
4、负责部门员工的专业技能的培训。
5、和厨师团队建立有效的沟通和友善的工作关系。
1、国际品牌同岗位1年以上工作经验；
2、良好的沟通协调能力。
