1. 负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作
2. 按照服务标准为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保顾客用餐体验
3. 熟悉菜单内容及酒水知识，能够为客人提供专业的点餐建议
4. 保持餐厅环境整洁，维护餐具及设备的正常使用
5. 协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈上级
6. 参与部门培训，不断提升服务技能与专业知识
7. 遵守酒店规章制度及食品安全卫生标准
