1、确保个人仪容仪表遵循洲际酒店集团员工仪表准则。
2、按要求完成开餐前的准备工作，提供餐中服务，做好餐后收尾工作。
3、及时问候并迅速引领宾客就座，熟知预订情况（任何特殊活动，贵宾和常客）。
4、对于宾客的特殊要求要提前做好准备并尽力满足。
5、按计划参与培训，日常例会和其他相关会议。
6、辅助监管和培训餐饮实习生，与同事建立并维系良好的工作关系。
1、高中以上学历。具有餐饮服务经验者优先。
2、有一定英文基础，具有良好的服务态度。
