1.负责迎接客人，引导客人入座，为客人介绍场所设施和服务项目。
2.根据客人的需求，提供菜品、酒水、小吃等餐饮服务。
3.负责当班期间的宾客满意度工作。
4.保持包房或座位的整洁，及时更换烟灰缸，清理桌面垃圾。
5.协调与其他服务员或工作人员的工作，确保服务的连贯性和高效性。
6.确保场所内的消防安全，熟悉消防设备的使用方法，并在紧急情况下能够迅速疏散客人。
7.协助客人进行结账，确保账单准确无误。
1.文化程度初中及以上。
2.有相关餐饮服务工作经验1年及以上者优先。
3.形象专业，适应倒班工作，抗压能力强。
