1. 负责餐厅内顾客的接待与引导，确保顾客能够快速、准确地找到座位。
2. 提供优质的点餐服务，包括介绍菜品特色、推荐搭配及解答顾客疑问。
3. 及时为顾客上菜、倒水，并关注顾客用餐过程中的需求，如添加餐具、清理桌面等。
4. 处理顾客反馈，对于顾客提出的问题或建议，及时上报并尽力解决，以提升顾客满意度。
5. 协助完成餐厅的清洁与整理工作，包括餐桌、餐具的清洁以及餐厅环境的维护。
6. 参与餐厅的促销活动，向顾客介绍优惠信息，提升餐厅营业额。
1. 高中及以上学历，具备良好的文化素养和基本的沟通能力。
2. 拥有至少1年的餐饮服务行业工作经验，熟悉餐厅服务流程。
3. 具备良好的服务意识，能够热情、耐心地对待每一位顾客。
4. 具备较强的应变能力，能够妥善处理顾客投诉和突发情况。
5. 身体健康，无不良嗜好，能够适应餐厅的工作环境和工作时间安排。
