1、在经理/副经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求；
2、解决投诉，并在工作日志中记录投诉；
3、负责员工的技能技巧及产品知识培训；
4、监督各岗位工作职能的执行情况、服务设备的维护保养、客用设施和服务的标准、控制存货和监督保存程序；
