1.协助负责西餐厅日常运营管理，严格执行洲际品牌服务标准及 SOP 流程，保障服务品质与宾客用餐体验；
2.参与餐前例会，检查员工仪容仪表、摆台标准、环境卫生及餐前准备工作，合理安排班次工作；
3.餐中督导服务团队规范操作，主动巡台跟进宾客需求，协调前场与后厨衔接，提升服务效率；
4.妥善处理宾客投诉及各类突发事件，及时反馈并跟进改进，维护良好宾客关系；
5.负责员工日常带教、技能培训及现场督导，提升团队专业度与服务意识；
6.协助做好餐具、布草、物料盘点及成本控制工作，减少损耗，落实食品安全与卫生规范；
7.完成上级交办的其他工作，确保餐厅各项运营指标顺利达成。
1.2年及以上餐饮服务相关经验，至少1年相关岗位管理经验
2.熟悉餐饮服务流程及行业标准
3.具备较强的团队管理能力与沟通协调能力
4.有责任心，注重细节，追求服务品质
