解决并跟进在活动或宴会中发生的与宾客相关的纠纷。在遵守酒店政策的前提下以专业的态度完满解决纷争
当有个别宾客过度饮酒时及时告知管理层
及时高效地解决错误的付款、收款和纷争
适时协助餐饮服务
熟悉菜单和每日特供
了解当前酒店所有活动信息
在遵循酒店管理政策的前提下确保宾客的每一项特殊要求得到实现
熟知每日预订，能够辨别任何特殊活动、贵宾和常客
根据正确的处理流程培训员工以确保正确处理、使用和存储酒店设备。如有破损及时向管事部经理报告
确保所有储藏室和布草间始终整洁干净
监管设施设备及服务质量的标准
和餐饮忠诚经理密切合作推动酒店忠诚度和贵宾计划 企业责任：
确保所有食品和饮料准备、服务的方式，都安全卫生并符合洲际集团的食品安全管理系统的标准
