1. 负责餐饮服务团队的日常管理和运营，确保餐厅服务流程顺畅，提升顾客满意度。
2. 制定并执行餐饮服务标准与流程，包括但不限于迎宾、点餐、上菜、结账等环节，确保服务质量达到公司要求。
3. 监督餐饮服务人员的仪容仪表、服务态度及专业技能，定期进行培训和考核，提升团队整体素质。
4. 处理顾客投诉与建议，及时沟通解决，维护良好的顾客关系，提升品牌形象。
5. 协调与其他部门（如厨房、采购、财务等）的工作，确保餐饮服务的高效运作。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 至少1年以上餐饮服务行业工作经验。
3. 熟悉餐饮服务流程与标准，具备良好的服务意识和顾客导向思维。
4. 优秀的团队管理能力，能够激励和指导团队成员，提升团队绩效。
5. 出色的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门有效合作，解决运营中的问题。
6. 具备良好的问题解决能力和应变能力，能够迅速处理顾客投诉和突发事件。
7. 熟练使用办公软件和餐饮管理系统，具备数据分析能力者优先。
