- 协助厨师团队完成食材准备、切割、清洗及初步加工工作，确保食材新鲜与卫生。
- 参与厨房日常运营，包括但不限于餐具摆放、厨房设备清洁与维护，保持工作区域整洁有序。
- 学习并实践基础烹饪技巧，如炒、煮、蒸等，在厨师指导下完成简单菜品的制作。
- 协助记录食材库存情况，及时向厨师长反馈食材短缺或过期信息，确保食材供应充足且安全。
- 参与厨房新菜品的研发与试制，提供反馈意见，助力菜品创新与优化。
- 遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保所有操作符合餐饮行业健康标准。
- 协助处理顾客特殊饮食需求，如素食、无麸质等，确保顾客满意度。
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有有效的健康证明。
- 具备一定的动手能力和学习能力，能够快速掌握基础烹饪技巧和厨房操作流程。
- 工作态度积极，责任心强，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
- 高中及以上学历，餐饮管理、烹饪艺术或相关专业在校生或毕业生优先。
- 能够接受灵活的工作时间安排，包括周末和节假日，以适应餐饮行业的运营需求。
- 持有食品安全与卫生培训证书者，或愿意参加相关培训并取得证书者优先考虑。
- 对餐饮行业有浓厚兴趣，尤其是厨房工作，愿意从基础做起，学习并成长。
