1.检查台面餐具的摆放是否完备、标准，并及时纠正、规范。工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整洁。
2.征询客人对食物和服务的意见，及时向上级反馈客人信息，提高食品质量、提升服务品质。
3.妥善处理客人一般投诉与服务工作中发生的问题，并及时向上级领导汇报。
4.督导员工使用的各项设备和用品，做好清洁保养，控制餐具损耗，协助本部门做好宴会的培训工作。
5.了解宴会会议活动的内容，检查准备工作情况。
6.能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。
7.能够处理和准备临时工申请。
8.向工程部递交工程维修单。
