岗位职责：
1、负责其酒店餐厅行政管理工作,制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划
2、负责实现部门的营业收入指标和利润指标
3、协调与其他部门的工作关系，确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务
4、制定餐厅推销策略，督促员工做好食品饮料的推销工作，提高餐厅销售收入
任职要求：
1、3年以上同岗位工作经验
2、精通中西餐业务知识，熟练掌握服务技能
3、具有较强的组织工作能力和落实能力
4、责任心强，擅长沟通，客户服务意识好，具备处理投诉和突发事件的技能
