1. 全面负责餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务质量监督、客户投诉处理及顾客满意度提升；
2. 制定并执行餐厅经营计划，统筹成本控制、库存管理、食品安全与卫生合规工作；
3. 组织员工培训与团队建设，持续提升服务标准与业务能力，营造积极协作的工作氛围；
4. 严格执行国家及地方餐饮行业相关法律法规，落实食品安全主体责任，确保经营合法合规。
1. 具备2年及以上餐饮服务或连锁餐饮门店管理经验，有独立运营中小型餐厅经历者优先；
2. 熟悉餐饮行业运营流程、食品安全管理规范及劳动用工相关法律法规；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件应对能力；
4. 持有有效健康证明，无法律禁止从事餐饮行业的从业限制情形。
