Be familiar with menus, food recipes, and other aspects of the menu in order to recommend a variety of foods and beverages to guests.

Clean and polish all utensils.

To keep the workplace and pantry items complete, clean and neat.
保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁

Add needed cloths and operating equipment.

Pick up items from storage.
从仓库内领取物品

Perform service according to standardized manuals.
根据标准的手册来完成服务工作

Set tables according to restaurant rules.
根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌

At the end of service, clear all meals and clean tables.
结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面
