1、 协助餐厅经理为客人提供快速热情的高标准餐饮服务。
2、 把控用餐节奏（如菜品上桌顺序、撤盘时机），预判客户需求（如主动添水、更换骨碟），处理用餐中的突发问题（如菜品不合口味、过敏反馈）。
3、 定制化满足客人特殊需求 （如熟悉客人的饮食偏好），记录并形成客人档案
1、形象气质：五官端正，身材匀称，着装整洁得体，会淡妆；
2、沟通能力：表达清晰、逻辑顺畅，能准确理解客户需求并反馈；
问题解决能力：遇到突发情况不慌乱，能快速思考并联动资源解决；
3、职业素养：有保密意识，责任心强；
4、有 高星级酒店 服务经验者优先；
5、年龄：30周岁以下
