此岗位需兼任厨房文员工作
1.负责酒店各餐饮营业场所、厨房、员工食堂的食品卫生取样化验工作。
2.依照《食品卫生法》要求对食品货源，餐饮从业人员进行卫生监督，随时抽查各餐饮场所卫生状况，纠正不规范行为，上报现场检查记录。
3.对食品所使用的工具、餐具进行涂抹化验。
4.负责大型宴会的留样检验，做好存档工作，必要时送检验样品到卫生防疫部门。
5.认真填写结果报告，提出整改建议，及时上报酒店领导。
• 充分了解本地的卫生法律和法规
• 详细了解危害分析与关键控制点（HACCP）和食品安全管理体系（FSMS）
• 良好的实际经营和充足的行政管理技能
• 两年相关经验，包括监管经验，或同等的教育和工作经历的结合。
