1. 负责预订服务中心的整体运营管理,制定并优化服务流程与标准,提升客户预订体验与服务效率。
2. 组织并监督团队完成日常预订、咨询、变更及客户问题处理等运营工作,确保服务质量与响应时效。
3. 制定团队绩效考核指标,开展人员排班、培训与发展,持续提升团队专业能力与服务水平。
4. 协调与其他部门(如客服、运营、技术等)的沟通协作,推动系统功能优化与信息共享。
5. 分析预订数据与客户反馈,定期输出运营报告,提出改进策略并推动落地实施。
6. 确保服务流程符合公司合规要求及国家相关法律法规,保护客户隐私与数据安全。

1. 本科及以上学历,旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. 5年以上客户服务或呼叫中心运营管理经验,具备团队管理经验,有预订服务或OTA行业背景者优先。
3. 熟悉客户服务流程与KPI管理体系,具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及跨部门协作能力,能够高效推动项目落地。
5. 熟练使用办公软件及CRM系统,具备一定的系统操作与信息化工具应用能力。
6. 普通话流利,具备良好的职业素养与服务意识,遵守职业道德与保密规定。
