Administer the loading of all new rates and reservations into the relevant reservation systems, including testing and deployment

Leverage the communication with Rooms on checking room-type availability to maximize rooms sales, yield and average room rate through upselling and other inventory and rate management initiatives

Reinforce the processing of individual and group reservations, rooming lists, waitlists and other reservations according to the Resort Policies and Procedures

Ensure the proper handling of all overbooking situations and waitlisted business, working closely with the relevant departments
确保超订预订和等候名单预订的合理处理，能与其他部门协作工作

Manage and enhance detailed knowledge of Opera System; ensure database if professionally managed and kept up to date
管理并加强对Opera系统的了解；确保能够专业地管理并及时更新数据库

Ensure the Resort, company and local rules, policies and regulations are adhered to, including credit and payment policies
确保酒店和公司根据当地的政策条例开展业务，包括信贷和付款政策

Enhance detailed product knowledge of the Resort facilities and services. Awareness of the Resort product knowledge, sales and marketing promotions

Ensure an efficient and accurate filing and tracing system, both manuals and electronic; ensure all business booked is properly tracked. Ensure the use new technology and equipment is explored and implemented wherever appropriate

Participate in and contribute to all training sessions and meetings in the Resort as required

Coordinate with Resort Operations team to ensure the Residents expectations are fully communicated to ensure the delivery of the stay experience exceeds the Resident’s vision effectively and efficiently. Work closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue generating departments to maximize the Resort revenue through all sales and marketing activities
