Salary: 3000 - 3500
1. 负责接听及处理客户电话、在线平台及邮件等多渠道的客房、餐饮及其他服务项目的预订请求，准确录入并维护预订系统信息；
2. 根据酒店房态、价格政策及销售目标，合理安排预订分配，及时协调前台、客房及相关部门确保预订顺利执行；
3. 主动跟进预订变更、取消及特殊需求（如无障碍设施、婴儿床等），提供个性化服务支持，提升客户满意度；
4. 协助处理预订相关客诉与异常情况，按标准流程上报并配合后续解决；
5. 按要求完成日/月度预订数据统计与报表整理，确保信息真实、完整、可追溯。
1. 高中及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、商务英语等相关专业优先，具备良好语言表达与沟通能力；
2. 熟悉酒店预订系统（如Opera、Fidelio等）及常用办公软件，具备基础数据处理能力；
3. 具备1年以上酒店前厅、客服或预订相关岗位工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑；
4. 普通话标准，具备基础英语听说读写能力，能胜任日常业务沟通；
5. 责任心强，服务意识突出，具备良好的抗压能力、应变能力及团队协作精神；
6. 严格遵守个人信息保护要求，未经许可不泄露、不滥用客户及求职者信息。
