1. 负责客户预订电话及信息的接收、录入及确认，确保预订数据准确无误
2. 及时响应客户预订需求，提供专业的咨询服务并完成预订流程
3. 协调内部相关部门，确保预订服务的顺利执行与客户体验的连贯性
4. 处理预订变更、取消等后续操作，按照公司规定流程妥善办理
5. 维护客户预订记录，定期整理和更新预订数据，保障信息完整性
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，具备一定的英语能力
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够耐心细致地处理客户需求
3. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的计算机操作能力
4. 工作责任心强，能够在规定时间内高效完成任务
5. 有相关岗位工作经验者优先，条件优秀者可适当放宽要求
