1、负责酒店预订系统的日常管理与维护，确保预订流程顺畅
2、统筹总机接听、转接及留言服务，保障通讯高效准确
3、监督预订数据录入准确性，定期生成预订分析报表
4、处理特殊预订需求及客户投诉，协调相关部门落实解决方案
5、培训并考核预订员/总机话务员，优化服务标准操作流程
6、监控房态及房价体系，及时调整预订策略
1、具备酒店前台/预订/总机相关工作经验者优先
2、熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件
3、普通话标准，英语基础沟通能力
4、具备较强的数据敏感度与分析能力
5、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强
6、优秀的跨部门协调能力与突发事件处理能力
